Privacy Policy
Stick-N-Stitch values your privacy. We collect the minimum information required to start, quote, and fulfill your order. This includes contact details, project specifications, and optional reference files. Every quote stays on record for two years to help with reorder history, warranty follow-ups, and compliance with our internal workflows.
File Retention & Security
Artwork and quote files are retained for at least two years unless you request earlier removal. We keep project proofs, uploads, and correspondence in secure storage with restricted access. If you need older files deleted sooner, just let us know.
All projects are covered under our fully insured production policy and stored in accordance with standard print-shop safeguards.
Customer Responsibilities
BYO garments are accepted only for new items and are handled at your own risk. We inspect incoming items for pre-existing damage, and we recommend ordering new blanks for critical projects.
DTF color guarantees only apply when you approve a physical sample. If you skip the sample, color matching is estimated based on the files you submitted (RGB preferred, Pantones welcome). Ask for a proof if color is mission-critical.
Sales tax is calculated using Warren County, OH rates unless you provide valid tax-exempt documentation.
