Terms of Service
These terms apply to every quote, sample, and production job handled by Stick-N-Stitch. By engaging with us, you agree to the policies outlined below as well as any specific instructions we capture during proofing or order confirmation.
Quotes & Records
Quotes remain valid for 30 days, but we keep records for a minimum of two years for reorder convenience and compliance. This includes any uploaded artwork, proofs, and approval comments.
We are fully insured and take every standard precaution, but you acknowledge that customer-supplied items are handled at your own risk. If an item is damaged, we will document it and work with you, but we cannot cover pre-existing flaws.
Production Policies
DTF color matching is best-effort and is only guaranteed when you approve a physical sample. Without a sample, colors are reproduced from the files you provide (300 DPI PNG preferred). We can work with Pantone or spot colors when needed—just ask.
Sales tax follows Warren County, Ohio rules unless valid tax-exempt paperwork is submitted before invoicing. Tax exemptions cannot be backdated once an order is processed.
