DTF gives you vibrant coverage on polos, hoodies, performance fabrics, and more. Large sheets are gang-printed to keep costs down while still leaving plenty of room for custom layouts.

• Preferred gang sheet size 24×48" with 22" printable width
• Limit single design dimensions to ~11" to ensure coverage
• Transparent PNGs at 300 DPI and sized to print (RGB preferred)
• Pantone colors welcome when accuracy is required
• Sample prints available for color-critical jobs

Finish expectations: clean vector paths or layered PSDs help us separate color channels, and proofs are always reviewed before we hit press.

We stitch low-, mid-, and high-crown caps plus polos, jackets, and uniforms. Orders up to 10" wide are handled on-site with precision needles and consistent tension.

• Base pricing covers the first 5,000 stitches (+$0.50/1,000 thereafter)
• Digitizing fee typically $25 and waived for large runs
• Proof required before production — nothing ships without approval
• Cap types: low, mid, high crown, flat bill, and structured fits
• BYO garments accepted for new projects; customer assumes manufacturing risk

Approved suppliers: SanMar and Richardson. Richardson hats are our go-to for repeatable, cap-compliant patch placements and consistent crown shapes.

Precision engraving for signage, awards, tumblers, and leather goods. Files should include clear vector outlines for crisp cuts.

• Bed size: 24×36 inches for large panels or multi-part jobs
• Materials: wood, leather, acrylic, and laser-rated tumblers
• Tumblers must be laser-approved (e.g., Stanley, Yeti, other metal brands rated for engraving)
• BYO materials welcome if glass or metal is laser-safe

Weatherproof decals that survive storefronts, vehicles, and equipment. Custom die-cut shapes and laminates keep every design sharp.

• UV DTF: 15×12" minimum, gloss finish, inherently scratch-resistant
• Vinyl: up to 52" width on roll-fed printers, gloss or matte laminate available
• Die-cut shapes and kiss-cut sheets for easy peels
• Outdoor-rated with strong adhesive for long-term exposure

Our wide-format printers handle special projects, single-run banners, and repeat events. Common sizes include 3×6 and 4×8, but we routinely output custom dimensions for storefronts and tradeshow booths.

• Outdoor-grade vinyl resists fading in harsh conditions
• Rush handling available — just ask for expedited proofing

Durable embroidered and laser-engraved patches for hats, uniforms, and apparel trims.

• Hat-patch compatibility ensured on structured styles, especially Richardson hats
• Available with iron-on adhesive or sew-on backing depending on wear surface
• Laser-engraved patches for leather and PVC applications

Heat pressing is available for both finished garments and customer-supplied transfers.

• Drop off pre-printed transfers for pressing on-site
• Full-service press available using blanks we provide for consistent results
• BYO garments accepted with customer assuming risk for pre-existing damage
• Provide print-ready files or transfers (transparent PNG preferred) for fastest turnarounds
